My phone ended up more broken than when I had come in, AND they were jerks about it! Came in for a cracked phone screen repair, and only used this store because my insurance would cover it. I brought it in at 12, and it was ready almost 4 hours later. As I am leaving the store, my phone throws up overheating warnings, shuts down all the apps, and the battery starts rapidly draining. Two years in a row, JP has helped me with the batteries for my son’s motorized wheelchair. He goes above & beyond and is an incredibly informed person, replete with electrical engineering training. What a gift!
