I called my cellular provider who referred me to samsung who referred me to batteriesPlus to help diagnose to help the issue I was having with my cell phone speakers. Folllwing Samsungs reccomendations I took my phone to Rachel who was able to run a series of diagnostic tests and reaolve the issue in no time. Great experience! I will definitely go here for any other issue with my phone before calling my wireless provider. Great customer service and they get the job done quick.

Staci, Robert, Rachael and Heather are the most helpful, and delightful people with excellent customer service. They repaired a key fob for our car. Told us where to order the replacement fob, and when it was delivered, they exchanged the inner workings quickly. 5 minutes in and out. Had a lovely conversation with them while we waited. The only shop I will go to for my products of this nature. Kudos to the whole team at Batteries Plus.
I just walked in thinking I needed a battery. My Samsung phone would not charge. They checked it out and the charge cord I had was bad. Nothing wrong with phone. They had an extra charge cord they gave to me and didn’t charge anything for their diagnosis. Wow! I was in and out in 10 minutes.
I cannot say enough good things about the great customer service from Rachel and Robert. I was desperate to get my phone working after being locked out. Thay were very patient and thorough, determining that my password had been changed by malware, all while showing the same great customer service to everyone walking in the door. Highly recommend!
