The employees at BatteriesPlus in Benton Harbor, MI know how to do customer service the right way. Staff was friendly, highly knowledgeable and eager to assist (if needed). Robert, their phone tech, repaired a camera lens on my phone. He was professional, an excellent troubleshooter and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I recommend this store highly!

Excellent, it took less than 3 minutes to identify the problem and got my phone up and running again after 3 days of complete shutdown. Thank you, Rachel.
My phone screen was frozen so I went to get it fixed. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Staff Rachel was super helpful and got my issue resolved quickly.
Went in today with a blank screen and walked out 20 minutes later with a working phone at a more than fair cost! Great job and I know where I'll send people too!
