Robert was so helpful and kind! He walked me through all of the possibilities of what could have been wrong with my phone and explained it all in a way that I could understand. The employees at BatteriesPlus in Benton Harbor, MI know how to do customer service the right way. Staff was friendly, highly knowledgeable and eager to assist (if needed). Robert, their phone tech, repaired a camera lens on my phone. He was professional, an excellent troubleshooter and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I recommend this store highly!
