Have trusted Batteries and Bulbs Plus to repair my 2025 Smart Phone several times. My phone store was unable to reset/repair it. Next step was to try Batteries and Bulbs Plus on a friend's recommendation. Handed my phone over to the store manager expecting him to say "Sorry...it's not repairable." Instead he worked on my phone for approximately 20 minutes and it was back to fully functioning again with some added features. I was amazed. My iPhone’s charging port was malfunctioning, so I called to ask about the replacement cost. They offered to diagnose it for free to see whether it just needed cleaning or a replacement. When I went there, the technician cleaned the port for free, and it’s now working perfectly. Terrific service! He didn’t try to upsell or scam me into a replacement. I highly recommend them.

Great staff at this location. Re-glued the back of my Samsung S21, unfortunately they couldn't work on my Galaxy Tab, but we're very helpful with giving information on where to take it. Highly recommend going to this location for phone repair, batteries, and related services.
My mom's phone stopped working this morning and I could not get it restarted. It's a Lively / Jitterbug phone so there is no local support. After checking Google I came here not knowing if the phone was fixable or not. Nate was able to restart the phone and check it out. Everything looked good to him and he was mystified as to why the phone had shut down. Nate was great and I'd like to give him a million thanks.
