My mom's phone stopped working this morning and I could not get it restarted. It's a Lively / Jitterbug phone so there is no local support. After checking Google I came here not knowing if the phone was fixable or not. Nate was able to restart the phone and check it out. Everything looked good to him and he was mystified as to why the phone had shut down. Nate was great and I'd like to give him a million thanks.
