I went there after being referred by Samsung. I had a phone that worked fine but I wanted to upgrade. Samsung said they would give me a $400 trade in on the new phone but I needed to replace the cracked screen. I called Batteries Plus on Samsung's recommendation. $200 for a new screen. I gave ok since I would still come out $200 ahead. An hour later it was done. After pickup the phone worked fine. After I left I called my wife but go no answer.
