Great experience! The Batteries Plus in Pace didn't have the screen I needed for my Samsung S23 Ultra, but they immediately pointed me to their sister store in Pensacola next to the Po' Boys restaurant. I'm glad they did. I had called another large phone repair company in town that I've used before because they were also open on Saturdays, but they were surprisingly rude on the phone.
