Great service and always at a good price!
I had my battery replaced in my Iphone and they did a great job and the price was fair.
Was charge $47 to replace 2 miniature clock batteries that cost probably $5 for each battery that to less then 5 minutes. You need to tell customers that you charge a service charge to replace them. I wouldn't of had done if given the option. I will never go back again.
I have a mobility scooter and this was the second time i replaced the battery. The first time everything went great. This time my battery kept dying and when brought back, they said it wasn't the new battery i had bought from them. I hired a mobility scooter repair co and several screws from the case were missing and the connections to the wires were so loose a bump would make it die. It cost $265 to find out BP staff didn't do their job correctly both when i bought it and when i returned.
We went to get batteries for 2 key fobs. Never once were we asked if we just wanted batteries we were just told each one was $21.99. Unbelievable 🤬
