My phone was not fully repaired. The back glass shattered and needed to be replaced. The part that was used was after-market and now my front screen is not fully attached to the back of the phone. The FaceID stopped working as well. You may as well pay the extra $30 to go to the Apple store and have them repair it.

DO NOT let them work on your phone I needed a stuck SIM card tray removed so I could change carriers and now I need a new phone as they damaged the SIM card pins and the phone can NO longer connect to the SIM card and the manager I talked to denied that they damaged it
Must use cheap screens for replacement, literally just left there, had my entire screen replaced, got home, was sitting on the patio with my daughter, phone was in my pocket, got it out and was completely scratched up! 😡 called they won’t even get the scratches out! Absolutely ridiculous. I’m trying to figure out why once they get a screen replaced they don’t put a protector on it for you? That should be like protocol. Must be they take the cheap way out and put cheap replacement screens on your phone. Wont go back.
,desira nd staff worked very hard to help me purchase and program a 2008 jeep Grand Cherokee brand new key Fob, also being very short staffed ,this was greatly appreciated
