Stopped at the Naples location for a charging port issue on Samsung tablet. Wasn't expecting miracle, but tech simply said "yeah, connection loose" and that was it. Can't send out, no idea of anywhere it can be fixed, nothing. Then walked away and jumped back on his personal cell phone call. If he was speaking to a customer on his phone, it was quite a colorful and inappropriate. Why would website state all these services when the company doesn't provide them? Very expensive I’d rather go to the Apple Store and fix my phone
I would recommend We Fix It to anyone. Staff is friendly and professional. They have helped me with various issues. Never a bad experience.
They weren't able to fix my phone their software was down.
Dylan was fantastic and professional. Awesome! Worth a trip from anywhere! So was Chad fantastic too!
