Excellent customer service. Michael and Caleb were extremely friendly and very, very helpfull. I had a new battery put in my cell phone and they did an extraordinary job. Congratulations to you both. Company is lucky to have you both.
Stopped at the Naples location for a charging port issue on Samsung tablet. Wasn't expecting miracle, but tech simply said "yeah, connection loose" and that was it. Can't send out, no idea of anywhere it can be fixed, nothing. Then walked away and jumped back on his personal cell phone call. If he was speaking to a customer on his phone, it was quite a colorful and inappropriate. Why would website state all these services when the company doesn't provide them? I would recommend We Fix It to anyone. Staff is friendly and professional. They have helped me with various issues. Never a bad experience.
They weren't able to fix my phone their software was down.
