I brought an aftermarket key fob, purchased from eBay, and asked to have it programmed. The staff identified a problem with the transponder chip on the key and resolved it in the end, which I greatly appreciate.
Thought I would need my cellphone charging port replaced. But when I brought it in, they cleaned the port out and it works well again! Ive had terrible experiences with U Break I Fix in the past (bad work on laptops and worse customer service) - Batteries plus is the way to go!
I was in there 2 days ago with a dead vehicle battery. They knew exactly what I needed! I bought a battery charger and a mobile jump start pack. I got it all sorted out and am back in business! It is great being able to talk to people who actually know what they are talking about!
I've always enjoyed being able to pick it out on the internet and they always had it ready for me in a prompt time. You have to dig a little bit but there's always 10% off by ordering on the internet and picking up in person.
