Definitely don't go here. Made an appointment online to get my phone battery replaced, and when I showed up, they said they didn't pay attention to the order and saw it was a battery replacement order. They thought it was a cracked screen fix. So they said they need a week to order it but I don't have a week. That's why I made an appointment online so I can get a new battery. It was stupid and annoying to hear sorry we didn't pay attention to your order. Don't waste your time.
These guys don't do work on the best phones out there, Unihertz phones. That's rather pointless. Disappointing.
These people are great. Very efficient and friendly and will refer you elsewhere if they don't have the necessary parts to fix your device. We take all our phones here for repair (and it's a lot with 3 teenagers, lol).
Unfortunately the team at Batteries Plus Phone Repair was unable to replicate a consistent issue I have had with this device since the screen was replaced (using a non-Apple screen), and then stated the six-month "warranty" was for manufacturers faults. Did not take any responsibility for the replacement, or offer any refund for the screen failing to operate as specified, as I had requested.
I brought in my Iphone 12 Promax that was not charging and it was good as dead. Chris at battery plus was very knowledgeable and professional as he diagnosed the phone. He suggesged getting a new port and thag he will give a shot fixing it. After several days of troubleshooting, he found out that phone can be charged wirelessly (which I did not know about), but new installed port did not work.
