Drew was so helpful. Very considerate of his clients.
Wouldn't split labor and parts on invoice. My unit/part was under warranty and I had a membership for discounted labor. Gave me some long winded explanation about their warranty rebate process and that if I'm not paying for the part they need to charge premium labor. Then proceeded to try and sell me a 10-year membership and warranty in exchange for doing this job for free. They just want memberships so they can sell the company to private equity and they're willing to lie to do so.
My serviceman Drew Diaz was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand what was going on
I was very happy with the work . So happy I am giving them more . Technician.was a great guy .
