Worst experience ever came and got my screen fixed and they switched out my battery and gave me a defective screen, my phone now dies when it hits 30% (never happened before I gotten my phone fixed) I gotten my services looked at and my original battery was no longer there, they lie about not taking card (so you can’t dispute or get your refund back). They Fixed my phone, I'm so happy, great experience, quick, friendly, and very reliable, so glad I found them.
Worst experience ever dropped my phone off in the morning for screen replacement. I had to call at 540 before they closed for them to tell me they couldn’t do it today and literally begged me for him to do it tomorrow. Never again would I ever go to this place. Way too much sensitive material on my phone so now I’m wondering if he accessed it and that’s why he’s begging to do it tomorrow. Don’t ever go to these guys. Go to we fix it in Henrietta never had any issues there
They replaced the screen on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I did have issues with it at first. This is the real world, sometimes doo-doo happens. Customer service is critical when things go less than perfectly. They worked with me and my phone is working great again. They even threw in a screen saver for the trouble.
