Brought a Positive Grid Spark Amp in to have the USB port repaired, was told it would take some time and they would call me when it was repaired. Two weeks go by I call to check on it, they say they dont have it. They eventually find the amp but didnt have the other hardware that I had given them (screws/USB port itself). Also the unit was in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. Absolute headache to deal with, and honestly a waste of my time, and now it a worse spot as far as a repair goes because of the missing ... read more
Bad experience
Worst experience ever came and got my screen fixed and they switched out my battery and gave me a defective screen, my phone now dies when it hits 30% (never happened before I gotten my phone fixed) I gotten my services looked at and my original battery was no longer there, they lie about not taking card (so you can’t dispute or get your refund back). Showed them this and they had excuses saying it’s the way he put my screen on and still didn’t get my money or a screen fix. Don’t recommend n it stinks in there . I wouldn’t w... read more
