Worst experience ever dropped my phone off in the morning for screen replacement. I had to call at 540 before they closed for them to tell me they couldn’t do it today and literally begged me for him to do it tomorrow. Never again would I ever go to this place. Way too much sensitive material on my phone so now I’m wondering if he accessed it and that’s why he’s begging to do it tomorrow. Don’t ever go to these guys. Go to we fix it in Henrietta never had any issues there
They replaced the screen on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I did have issues with it at first. This is the real world, sometimes doo-doo happens. Customer service is critical when things go less than perfectly. They worked with me and my phone is working great again. They even threw in a screen saver for the trouble.
Was able to get my Samsung A51 charging fixed for a short amount of time. She replaced the battery and charging port for $100 in September of 2023, (which is cheaper than places around) and phone worked and charged perfectly. Starting in November of 2023 my phone started saying it would be 8 hrs to full charge and now in December it's saying it will be up to 31 hours till full charge and won't charge past 60%. They did a great job fixing my phone and iPad at an amazing price with an outstanding customer service. Definitely need to check them out
They did a great job repairing the back glass on my phone! They were fast and it was such a great price! They also included a discounted outer box phone case to prevent my phone from breaking again, I highly recommend them!
