Keeping the phone for way too long. Making excuse after excuse. Oh we need to order another part after saying they had all they needed. Saying the owner had a family problem and he's the only one that can look at the phone I know they're lying. They've had my phone for a week and every day it's the same thing. Just one more day, just one more day, please, you have to believe me, JUST ONE MORE DAY. Said it would be ready Wednesday. Well here it is Friday and I don't see my phone anywhere in sight.
My go to place for batteries. They even replace for me the battery I needed in my camera.
Absolutely fantastic and top class customer service and work. I was helped out by Mance Alvarado who was incredible and very knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot reccomend him as a tech enough, he was incredibly transparent with his process, showed his work and explained what the issues were so I never felt in the dark. He turned what I thought was a crisis into a quick and easy fix. If you need anything for your phone ask for Mance at store 143
