I met one of the techs in a parking lot & he fixed my phone screen... or so I thought. Later that evening it started glitching and when I asked him what options I had- seeing as I had just paid $80 the day prior for his repair services... and his response was that he was busy until the following day. When I called the next day he told me my only option was to pay for yet another screen replacement. Ma’am? Are you sure you have the right company? We are a mobile service yes. But we do not have a corporate store.. I can assure you this isn’t a scam we have been fixing phones for over 9 years in the Kennesaw area. I’m not really sure what you mean after hours for mattress money either. We are free 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm. Hmmmm interesting!!!
I called set up an appointment to have my iPhone 11 and a iPad repaired. I was told to text my address to them. The technician called me and was at my house within 45 minutes. He repaired my phone and took the iPad to the shop. Great prices, great friendly service. I hopefully will not have to use them again. But I will use them If I need to have my phone or iPad repaired.
