The staff was courteous and helpful. They were able to fix a problem with my wife’s phone and pointed me to a way to resolve an issue with my non iwatch.

I have done business with them 3 times over the past. Purchased a phone. Had a screen and battery replacement at a different time and this last time brought them 2 phones that had been "fried" by a charger that went rouge. They have been fair with pricing. Very quick service for screen and battery replacements. This last time took about 10 days, and since they couldn't repair them to full capacity, they bought one of the phones for parts and gave me a fair price on a refurbished replacement.
