Great experience
Have to go to Syracuse Small Claims Court March 18th because my phone's lithium battery could have exploded following a botched battery replacement. I had to buy a new phone. Now they won't return it or replace my phone much less issue a refund. This dude is the worst of the worst. Try their competitors in the mall. Note: He is also dishonest (below) saying I am not a customer.

New battery and screen. Great job!
They replaced my iphone 6S battery. The old battery had exploded. Now it is working beautifully. Highly recommend WEFIX.
