I would rate we energies a -0 if I could, ridiculous prices, my bill more than doubled in 1 month. Very hard to live when the bills double with a baby in the house!! Do better!!
I hate WE Energies. Try calling multiple times and every time I get told we're sorry there are longer wait times and then I get hung up on. What the hell happened to customer service
Can your workers not watch minors?
Place is a joke! Time for me to look for a new company. After talking to multiple females about a reconnect and told them what cards I have. I was told I can use them. I call back like instructed and now I'm talking to a foreign man and he told me they don't take the cards I used. Especially the one with a NYCE logo on the card. The female said they did and so did bill matrix. I was told to go thru a money order it was faster. I did that last year and took a month before they even reconnected me. Overall the WE energies here in the Northwoods (northern Wi & the UP), is absolute garbage. Two scheduled "maintenance outages" in the same day without any warning? C'mon. Also from what I heard from all the lineman who came up end of March for that big ice storm we have, a lot of the power outages could have been avoided if they properly trimmed by power lines. I get outages happen, especially in the Northwoods. But poor communication and lack of basic upkeep is frustrating to say the least. I should say Sarah in the iron m... read more
