This is the worst electrical service I've ever had. 14 hours with zero power in the middle of winter and still not one person dispatched to the area. No one can tell me anything. Can't talk to anyone in charge. I just have to sit here and wait for my pipes to burst before I get an answer as to why 15 minutes down the road they restored power in an hour but the people in my town are left on the back burner. Really good customer service WE energies.👍🏻.
I live 17 miles NW of Iron Mt. (30 years) and mind you as I type this, my power has been and is out since the middle of last night. WE and all of it's staff has, does and is working tirelessly in light of day and dark of night and all weather conditions. Undoubtedly in precarious/dangerous if not life threatening situations to resolve the issue(s). I love this been without power since 1 pm and now I'm told that all the service worker are parked over by the bowling alley in iron mountain at 11 pm and that they are done for the night. That's good though they got everyone withing the city limits covered but who knows when the rest of us will get power back. You know not everyone as the money to get a thousand dollar generator
The left hand has no clue what the right is doing with these ppl! They keep pushing paperless billing yet the app is constantly 2 weeks behind actual payments. Y'all really need to update your system daily not monthly! There's no way to know unless I keep track on my own.. what's the point in paperless billing if it's ALWAYS behind?!? Id much rather have a physical bill I can touch that has the correct updated information. Smh
