We energies is truly the best!! Reliable and prompt service!! I called them about a tree falling on a power line and they had it done in TWO HOURS!! Truly the best!
They are price gouging. Last year my electric bill was $30 in February of 2021, now it is $400 every month of winter and fall.
This place is a horrible monopoly that does not care about its customers because they don’t have any Competition. When your bill jumps 40% and you know something is wrong they won’t do anything. They tell you to hire a 3rd party to check there equipment.
Unreliable and not geared towards anyone but themselves. 3 months in a row they've screwed up. June. Had a $600 credit applied that should have lasted until July's meter reading. Credit applied early June. June 23rd, meter reading. Go online to view bill, find out then the $600 credit had been pulled leaving May's bill unpaid and now June's. Over $400 between the two months.
