I spoke with Marilyn this morning regarding setting up an account as we are moving to Waukesha from MN. Her patience and expertise were on full display and I appreciated her very much ! 😊
Power has gone out now for the fifth time in the past year. Granted, location takes some of the blame. However, updates are slow. Teams are always slow to send crews out. Always without power for at least 12 hours which is ridiculous. Summer it was 100* and power was out for over 48 hours. All groceries went bad. Power has now been out for winter storm and no updates have gone out. Horrible service. Not happy.
