Never in my life have I had a service that takes a week to get back to in regaurds to my service. I have had no power for a week with temperatures in the 50s and 40s with a 6 month old baby. Nobody can tell me what exactly is taking so long or at less tell me what i need to do for service to be restored. Food is being wasted and money . i will plan on definitely finding someone to report these people too.
Came all the way up here and its closed. Really????
