Genuinely the worst answering machine I've ever had to use. Doesn't let me completely put my numbers in without it saying 'sOrrY I dIDnT gEt ThAT'. Beyond infuriating. I don't think I've ever had a woman's robotic voice fill me with more rage than this stupid system. Doesn't matter how quiet the room is, it doesn't pick up anything you say and will hang up on you frequently. I've tried calling over 6 times already and that's just today.
I think all customers should get credits from having powered outages and any kind of gas/electricity issues. I feel like I’m laying over $200. A month they always sending letters to customers about shutting down or turning off their power/electricity. This is ridiculous special for a single mom. We all need to figured out a better way to get energy or safe some how .
I buy a house October 19th 2022, My previous address I called up we energies to transfer my service over to the house that I bought. Now 5 months later, I get a letter from we energies in the mail saying that they're going to turn off the service at the house that I bought because it shows that this address is vacant. Now I have to pay five months back pay on a gas bill for their mistake, unbelievable, we energies is dumber than a box of rocks.
