Before my first payment my bill disappeared and they deactivated my account. Have been trying to get a hold of them over a week, but most times they won’t even let me call they just say to call back later. I’ve called before because they wouldn’t let me make an account, and I was on hold for over an hour. Now I’m still trying to get a hold of them for the fifth time and I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes and counting! Really wish I had a different option.

On hold for over 3 hours is just ridiculous.......
We live on a road with very frequent outages due to trees falling and transformers blowing. Instead of maintaining/upgrading equipment, trimming back overgrown trees, or ideally burying the lines, WE opts to continually send out repair crews. It would be better to see them addressing the problems instead of patching them over and over.
