Keep raising there rates supposed to double by next year, there service isn't worth what you pay. They have there rates Soo high you can't afford it month to month. Be ready to spend half your rent a month for electric And they get pissed why you can't afford 400 500 dollar electric bills on a 1 bedroom apartment where we never run the a/c and only most times have 1 or 2 lights going. We need a different electric provider this place is becoming a massive monopoly

Was charged 3 times in two days due to an error on the app, can’t get through to anyone at all to refund me
Our power here is out a lot. I want to fill a complaint. Nobody at We Energies seems to care. My husband is 80 years old. I belive We Energies has done a terrible job keeping our electricity on. I plan on filing many complaints.
I keep getting different information every time I talk to a representative. It's honestly becoming so annoying.
