We recently had our office carpets and tile floors professionally cleaned. Ruben arrived a bit ahead of schedule, which was great. Before starting, he walked through the office with me, set up his carpet cleaning equipment, and explained the process. I was able to schedule a carpet cleaning appointment in Somerville on very short notice, which was really convenient. My technician, Edward, worked very hard and made sure my carpets looked great. Even though there were a couple of small equipment issues during the cleaning, Edward handled everything professionally and didn’t let it slow him down.
