We Do More Carpet Cleaning really stands behind their work. We had white carpet in our living room with a lot of foot traffic, and once the deep carpet cleaning started, some hidden soil from underneath worked its way up and created a striped look. The team came back twice at no extra charge to keep treating the carpet until it looked right. Josiah and Edward were excellent to work with. The team from We Do More Carpet Cleaning was very professional, took real pride in the work, and clearly cared about getting the best results. We had another great experience with We Do More Carpet Cleaning. Our dog left a big yellow urine stain on our cream-colored Afghan rug, and Ruben came out to our home in Somerville and treated it with great care. He worked patiently and used the right rug cleaning methods to lift the stain without harming the fibers.
