I was not impressed with this agency. Mr Edwards the service supervisor made some promises to me far as coverage for my wife. It was not what he told me it would be. The cummincation between him and his staff was not good. Mr Edwards himself had a very uninviting tone in his voice when you spoke to him on the phone. Most of the aides he sent to my home was good. This is an absolutely wonderful company. I trusted them with the care of my grandmother and grandfather, and I couldn’t be more than happy with the service that they provided. Miss Lett and Mr. Edwards were totally awesome and they helped navigate me through the process. Their name speaks for itself they do care. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for assistance with their loved ones. Oh, and let’s not forget the employees, Everyone must professional, compassionate and respectful.
