It has its pros and cons. It's hard to complain about a service when it is free. I've been riding for a few months now and have noticed a few things worth addressing. That is to say, because it is free I could live with the issues. Let me just say how grateful I am that this service exists. Having access to a bike makes it easier to get around town without spending gas or crawling through heavy traffic. It takes way to long to set up and start riding. the website and whole interface is not user friendly at all it was honestly ridiculous for me and my friends how long and different steps it took and going back and forth on the website. There is not even a real app that is their own for this, at least not under the name we cycle.
Excellent way to get around and explore at little or no cost!
My first time using their service wasn’t easy bc it took awhile to learn how to input the number code. Thing is the numbers that ya see didn’t strike me as buttons to push lol. Sometimes I’m not too savvy, right😛 Then I didn’t push the bike all the was into the dock on the return. Next morning I am actually all excited to quickly get on the bike. Get to the same bike . . . and the meter is still running at a14 hour rental!!! Called the number and talked with a friendly Jack. He straightened everything out with a kind demean... read more
