While the cleaners themselves are nice people, their cleaning is appalling. They either need to lower their prices or up their cleaning skill.
Paid $500 for an 'exit clean' and the results were atrocious. We had to beg the real estate agent to not take all of our bond. They had 20+ pages of photos showing how the cleaning was not done. When I asked 'We Clean for You' for a refund they refused. I have tried several avenues to get my money back, including the Office of Fair Trading and have to resort to legal action, which I'm not prepared to do to get $500 back.
