I wish that I would have read the reviews before dealing with this company. So, If you are reading this review steer clear away from "We clean carpets" they are extremely unethical and pride themselves on taking clients money and only provide poor quality cleaning for the price. When you ask them to refund your money they will make every excuse not to do so, which means they don't stand behind there work but would rather try and re-do what they could not get right the first time around. After they left there were still stains on the carpet and I took just plain wool light carpet cleaner and the stains came up they left the carpets soaking wet after 30 days they were still damp would not recommend them to anyone. I called to express my issues and they never called back. I would give them no stars if possible

Technician arrived on time, he saw I had a pet and threw in free pet odor remover. Great value, great service.
I booked an appointment online with this company, listing the issues we had with our carpet (pet urine). They gave me a quote of $50. When their technician arrived at the house, he informed my mom that it was pet urine, and tried to get her to sign paperwork agreeing to a payment of $89+ due to the materials needed to clean urine and get the smell out.
