When the technician finally arrived he did excellent work. Their scheduling is a disaster however. They were about 5 hours later than the scheduled arrival time

Our initial service was quoted at $69.00, but when the technician showed up (an hour and a half late) out quote went up to $140.00 for additional enzyme treatment for pet urine. The technician took approximately 15 minutes cleaning the area rug and left promptly, he told us that the rug would take approximate 2 hours to dry and then we could bring it back in. The rug did not dry in 2 hours but we did bring it back in. The urine smell intensified after the "clean" and now it smells like chemicals and stale water as well. When... read more
You can give Mark Robles 5 🌟 stars he did an excellent job no complaint cleaned very well removed a couples of stains. scotch guarded the carpet and deodorized it. Very courteous and respectful the moment he walked in. And I liked that he called an hour before his arrival time saying traffic was a bit heavy again minutes before arriving and still made it on time that I appreciated. Thank you will call again
