Based on my experience, it does not seem that this is a legitimate, or trustworthy business. They provided a number modestly above carmax’s offer, then refused to respond to any further inquiries and would not provide information about their process when requested. It’s not clear that their “offer” was legitimate, or that they had any intention to follow through. I had a great experience at we cash autos! Gus was very helpful with the beginning process of selling my car and then when I went back the next week Saki helped me finish the process. One thing I wish I knew before: if you paid off your car you have to wait for the title to come in which takes 2-4 weeks for it to come in and their offers only last a week, just like car max, so I had to give them my car and got a check but I couldn’t deposit the check until I gave them the title.
