Would not recommend. Our 1 month old was having digestive problems & when I asked about what could be causing the non stop crying- the doctor told me she was “a spoiled baby” When asking to have her records sent over to a new pediatrician I was told I need to come sign a release form in person (it’s 2026- that should be digital) & when I politely expressed urgency (I called 3 days later because they still hadn’t faxed the records), I was told they would get to it when they could. I've experienced what seems to be the most inefficient front office I've ever encountered. They've kept our children's medical records hostage for over six months due to a supposed "billing issue." To our dismay, we discovered that not only is this practice illegal, but the issue stemmed from their end incorrectly categorizing our insurance charges as specialist fees instead of primary care physician charges.
