I've experienced what seems to be the most inefficient front office I've ever encountered. They've kept our children's medical records hostage for over six months due to a supposed "billing issue." To our dismay, we discovered that not only is this practice illegal, but the issue stemmed from their end incorrectly categorizing our insurance charges as specialist fees instead of primary care physician charges. We really like our care at We Care Pediatrics. The facility is very clean and easy to find. It always has parking and is never overly busy. We never have to wait long for our appointments which is really good for impatient children. The receptionist is always very sweet and quick to check us in and out. My son has been with Dr Sharma since he was a newborn and is almost 7 months now & we really like him. He makes the appointments quick and painless and he is very personable and good with my baby!
We just had our first appointment at We Care Pediatrics today for our 4 year old daughter and I am absolutely blown away! The office staff, specifically Michelle, was fantastic and Dr. Sharma is by far the best pediatrician we’ve met! He was so kind and fun when interacting with my daughter-she barely even noticed that she had gotten a shot. She’s already asking me when she gets to go back to see Dr. Sharma ❤️ 10/10 recommend!
