I’ve had a really good experience at We Care Medical Centre. They always keep to the appointment time, which I really appreciate. The doctor is generous and very knowledgeable, and the receptionist is friendly and courteous. There’s also good parking available, both inside and on the street. Definitely a place I’d recommend.
Such a relief to find her. First GP in many years to actually listen and not dismiss my symptoms with "it is because you work full time" or "you are too young for that". The ability to make actual appointments, and speak to a secretary who will answer questions like are my results back in, also sets her apart from almost every other surgery in Penrith.
We've been going here for years. Dr Sujatha is wonderful, attentive ane caring. Appointments are easy to make online or over the phone. And it's usually a much shorter wait compared to most other medical centres we've been to in the past.
Great practice, bookings are always on time, no messing about.
