Buyer beware. Inquired about a standard residential yard cut due to a strict deadline. The company quoted a flat rate of $200 and set a time slot, but then immediately demanded a 50% upfront payment via digital invoice before they would even drive out. When I stated my policy of paying in full upon completion and inspection, they refused to honor the booking unless I sent the money upfront. Highly unprofessional and untrustworthy practice to demand deposits for basic lawn care on a first-time client in a bind.
We hired this company for recurring lawn service and had "previously" been happy with the quality of the work. Unfortunately, the communication at the end of our service was disappointing.
