We have been a client with this company since 2021. They installed a new system which worked great until the first summer. It refuses to cool below 20 degrees outside the ambient air temp. We care has said this is how it is designed, the only way is to fix is to buy more system. They designed and sized the system themselves . We have had multiple techs come out, and have had it escalate to managers. No one cares, which is ironic given the name of the company. We hired We Care to take care of some plumbing issues we were having in our home. Cole Lee arrived on time, was helpful, and patient when explaining what all needed to be done. We would happily hire him again.

My Dad was having issues with his well not having water. We called around and found this company. They will definitely be the company I use from now on for ANY issues. They did charge a 59.00 service fee to go out there, and turns out it was a pressure switch and CASEY BROWN fixed it and saw it was wired wrong and fixed that too. The charge was just the 59.00 service fee. Casey was the sweetest about it. My Dad said that he was very professional and he really liked him.
