Our AC died on a Saturday. We Care sent out tech on Sunday. Turned out to be just frozen coils. Change those filters! Got the unit cleaned and was a cooling great. Timely service, great rate, good communication. Would use again.

We have been a client with this company since 2021. They installed a new system which worked great until the first summer. It refuses to cool below 20 degrees outside the ambient air temp. We care has said this is how it is designed, the only way is to fix is to buy more system. They designed and sized the system themselves . We have had multiple techs come out, and have had it escalate to managers. No one cares, which is ironic given the name of the company. We hired We Care to take care of some plumbing issues we were having in our home. Cole Lee arrived on time, was helpful, and patient when explaining what all needed to be done. We would happily hire him again.
