It turned out that there was a major problem with the electrical systems in our newly purchased home. We contacted We Care, and they sent out a team of specialists who were competent, friendly, and determined to solve the problem. The repairs were quite expensive, but thanks to Jackson and his assistants Jeremy and Jesse, we feel much better about the security and reliability of the systems in our homes. I have used We Care for 3 other system installations and have always been pleased with each person at this company. Kevin Mourizaki was the technician who came to look at my home's HVAC yesterday and was excellent. He was kind and courteous and guided us to the right system for our home. We have used this company for many years, even used them to replace the entire unit and all of the duct work in our home about 6 years ago. Twice this year, the unit has gone out and both times it took weeks and multiple part changes, plus different technicians, and lots of waiting. Our heat has been out for over 3 weeks now, and we are done.
