Had a great experience my movers were wonderful and very careful with my possessions. Travis and Dave were so caring.
I did not choose this mover but I went through a broker service (my first mistake) and this is the mover that was sent to me. The minute the movers arrived he told me that the broker did not quote it properly and it was going to cost alot more than the estimate I was originally given. At this point I had paid an $850 deposit and had no time to find another mover. The number of one-star reviews on the Ft. Lauderdale BBB website speaks for itself, but I'll add mine because this company deserves absolutely no business from anyone. Prior to the pickup of my belongings out of state, their customer service representative I spoke with told me I would be contacted by a dispatcher to schedule the delivery of my belongings at my home address. Instead, I received a text message from an unknown number two days after the pickup from one of their drivers, claiming they'd tried calling me multiple ... read more
