I was nervous seeking help for ADHD, I thought I would be misdiagnosed with anxiety like I have been in the past. Instead, Dr Pramod listened, he asked me questions, and he worked to understand what I needed. I have had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff. I have found them to be accommodating, friendly, and helpful. In my follow up appointment he checked that everything was going well and was willing to address any other issues that arose. Overall, I'm very happy with We Care Clinic.

I had a great experience at We Care Clinic, receiving care from Dr. Pramod Menon. From start to finish, Dr. Menon was friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly understanding of my circumstances. I have been visiting this clinic for almost a year now, and I am very happy with the treatment I receive. In the past, I used to feel embarrassed about my mental health at times, but Dr. Menon and the staff at We Care clinic always made me feel comfortable and respected. Having moved from Sunshine Coast to where I currently reside this is Unfortunately the only psychiatrist within 200-400kms. My experience with this doctor was that they were not empathetic and they prescribed medication that increased my mania as I suffer from bipolar and simply went there for a medication review of my current medication. He did not follow up post prescribing the medication. I chose to cease the medication and thankfully am back to myself with my existing medication.
