I had scheduled to see a 2016 Kia Soul after the seller, Zack, confirmed I could come by his auto shop. I even took the day off and arranged transportation, but before the meeting time, the listing was marked as sold with no notice. A quick message would have been appreciated. Communication could definitely be improved. I am so upset because I had my day off. Don’t deal with him in the future
