This place is very unprofessional. I don't care how many stars they have my experience has been horrific, and wouldn't recommend them at all. They failed to reply to me in a timely fashion on 3 occasions and then became very argumentative over the phone. The information that was given to me from different employees and management was not the same.Perhaps they have a good client base and do not want any new customers. I will definitely be going else were.
Great local business to order custom apparel, signs, banners, sticks, decals, and much more! Very easy to work with, helpful, and friendly staff to help design and give suggestions. Highly recommend to any musicians, local businesses, clubs, and groups looking for customized items.
I've been having these guys customize all my stuff for over 3 years now, they're pretty awesome. I also have a website where I sell custom shirts, its nice that I can have them screen print the shirts at a low enough price for me to resell them and still make a killing. I'm not sure who wrote the other review (probably a competitor who doesn't like them lol) but, I have my biz cards done through them as well and I have nothing but good things to say. Thanks guys see you next week!
We ordered business cards after moving locations in October and paid up front. The agreement was that they would design a card and send us a proof right away. After that we could discuss any changes and then get them printed. The proof that was sent (about 3 weeks later) left me speechless, not in a good way!
