They were extremely helpful and worked with my time to come get the car. We both had timing conflicts but he was patient and worked with me to come pick up my car. Very understanding and talked me through the whole process as it was my first time getting rid of a car. He gave me the best price from other two places that I had reached out to. Also gave me time to say bye to my car (as it was my first one and I had her for sooo long). He was extremely polite and professional!!!
El Calentano was professional, he paid me more for my car than any other place, I didn't have to wait on him all day to pick it up and he paid in cash!!!!
He responded promptly to my call, arriving the same day. His professionalism and courteous demeanor were exemplary. While his quote wasn't the highest I received, his responsiveness and effective communication made his services worthwhile and worth losing the extra money. He was amazing.
