It was last Friday. 4:45PM. Pouring rain. Bitterly cold winds. I had to get back down home, but had two vehicles. Efficient and easy to work with, not much talking, but that’s fine he was there for the car. First time doing this so was wondering what I’d do about the title, was told go to dmv and they’ll handle it, so that’s the only thing I’m just a little confused on. Besides that the service was good!
Friendly and professional. Tow truck was a little late. But with Phoenix traffic you gotta have a "give or take" rule of 15 min in my book. Great experience EVEN though they DIDNT take my car it was a referable experience. Side note: they didn't take my car because I was unprepared and didn't have appropriate docs and no keys (lol)..
Called and got an offer for my Altima in minutes. After saying I want it gone they arrived in an hour, by the time of their arrival it was out of here in 5 minutes. Quickly answers texts/calls. Overall a pleasant experience. Was hard to get rid of it since I had lots of fond memories and it was my first car but it was time for her to go. Don't be swayed by the negative reviews. Good company and nice guys.
These guy's were great to deal with. Extremely professional completed our deal within two hours. Alfonso handled removing my F250 out of a very narrow space. Thank you, for being honest and helping me out of a difficult situation.
