Was a pleasant experience selling my aunt's house. They were very quick at getting us our first quote and then after explaining situation the owners personally oversaw the entire walkthrough in order to be able to increase her selling amount. They closed on the house quickly and was able to get her check mailed and received 3 days after closing.
