Very friendly and pleasant guy in Yate office. A little annoying that my car value dropped for a few minor marks in a 18 year old car, but that’s life. Would use again without hesitation
Absolute time wasters. Initial email offer is just to get you through the door then they offer a huger percentage less. It took three visits and a huge amount of time and effort wasted to then get offered 2k less. Don’t bother wasting your time and use another!

First time using webuyanycar. Went to the Yate branch Sunday 8th September. Was met by a member of staff who had as much personality as a wet piece of paper. Took one quick look at my car from across the car park, didn’t want to look at any of the cars history or paperwork. Then proceeded to tell me/moan how it would cost him £90 to tow my vehicle if he was to buy it off me. Didn’t seem overly interest in the car and as a result gave me a ridiculous price for it. Won’t be using this service again!
