First time using we buy any car was great, a good 5 star review however the second time round not so much!! First time- Really pleased with the whole process, great customer service and more importantly the price offered for my car. Once I arrived to my appointment everything was done in around 20 minutes. Don't waste your time. Attended today . Met by the Surly and rude charlie. £600 knocked off my valuation for basic wear and tear. Poor customer service experience.
