Worst experience with them! They bought my car, and after one day they said that they changed their mind, so they wouldn't pay me. After that, they said that I must collect the car from almost two hours away because they couldn't send the car back. Lastly, I received a message from the DVLA that I am no longer the keeper of the car because they changed that. Such a horrible experience with them. I will go to court with them.
Took my car to them today and the guy offered me £20 and a tin of beans. A deal which I couldn’t resist so had to take it. This place sure knows how to do business. If you’re looking to sell your car please don’t look elsewhere. Money is to be made here. Jokes aside though… sell private. Told me my car would only go to scrap for some paint damage on a door. We had a private offer triple the amount they were willing to buy if off us for. Don’t waste your time.
