I would advise to stay well away from this outfit at all costs. Received a v low initial quote online for my Suzuki at 2,000GBP, then of course WBAC (Hampton) tried to knock it down by some 450GBP because, shock, horror, there was a scratch, now there;s a surprise. Peterborough Hampton. Complete Timewasters who aren’t going to offer you a reasonable price. Used several websites including webuyanycar, Carwow and Autotrader to get valuations on my partners car to try and get an idea of a ballpark figure that we were looking to sell at. Webuyanycar valuation online was aligned to the other websites stated. Peterborough Hampton. I was fine with not getting the full valuation after inspection, but what really disappointed me was the attitude of the staff. The agent made me feel like my car was worthless and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. It wasn’t just about the price—it was the tone and the way I was made to feel, like my car was a piece of garbage. The whole experience left a bad taste. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
