DO NOT GO HERE! After getting a really good quote online took my car into the site to have a large number knocked off by Bradley. Told me the offer was only valid for that day with no wiggle room, basically take it or leave it. Came back to be told actually offers last for 4 days, still technically within that period but now being told over 1000 less by Thomas. Thomas' reasoning was purely down to how bad Bradley was at his job and that he's loads more experienced. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Awful service and staff. Car got valued online at 10.4. Came in branch to be told 9.8. Told that offer was only for THAT DAY (pushy sales tactic part of the banned practices) only to then be told 5 days later that actually offers last for 4 days and a different staff member Thomas told us car only worth 8.7 and that Bradley is just inexperienced and not as good as him. Basically make whatever figures they feel on the day and put the reasoning down to being more experienced and better at their job then other staff members. La... read more
Shared exact details of my car over the phone & was quoted a good price so had it recovered to the branch. Was offered £100 when I got there! This is after he told me he brought an old rusty car the week earlier for £100!!!
Fast, efficient service.
Very poor. Incurred parking penalty from the retail park that the branch is situated in,as they didn’t load the details in the system. This happened after they had purchased the car. I visited twice, phoned three times and Tom telling he would sort, to no avail!
