Mathew was excellent, a booking hitch and someone with the wrong paperwork led to three of us arriving at the same time and with the transporter present. He managed to deal with us all politely, professionally and with humour while running about. You need to give your people a bit more time and check your booking system gives accurate messages. Mathew is your asset though.
