Get your money your before handing over your car. Dropped off my car and agreed to £12000 after being inspected at a high grade. Car was immaculate low mileage car with a warranty. Paid extra to get paid the next day but 3 days, later was told engine was seized up in their care and sitting 35 miles away at the auctions. Now only worth £4100. Collect it at your own expense or it gets scrapped. Even though car is in their name on the dvla. They point blank don’t care and are a shady cowboy outfit under the covers.
