Most unprofessional team of people who do not know how to do their job. My brother had called them up to make an appointment and they quoted him £11,000 and he was clear about the faults of the car. He got the recovery to drop his car to the branch and when we got there the man was so unprofessional and rude. He said the other colleague has put in the wrong details and quoted him the wrong price and when asked if we could deal with that colleague who gave the quote the man said “I don’t know where he is” and he quoted us 300... read more
