Very easy to get an online valuation, book an appointment and then get down to our local WBAC. The staff members present on the day were very efficient, friendly, and polite.
The whole experience was so easy to understand and was carried out in a friendly, efficient and professional way. We are highly delighted and impressed with our visit especially the way in which we were looked after.
We were very happy with the sale of our car, the only issue we had was trying to speak to someone to alter the time of our appointment, multiple calls and messages were left but no one responded.
Would give zero stars if possible. So arrogant and patronising especially to a woman, taunting with 'oh you think your car is in mint condition?!' 'Where else have you got prices from?!' 'You're going to walk away for the sake of £X?!' Honestly find somewhere else to go to save yourself having to deal with people that obviously need customer service training.
