Trust me my car had only done 13,000 miles. It had a full service history from the main dealer with receipts I was offered £10,300 which is very low anyway, but when I turned up the offer went straight down to £9500 no reason for this whatsoever I was told that there was not a full service history yet on the table, I had every receipt from the main dealer and stamp. My car was in A1 pristine showroom condition , I am very disappointed to say the lease. It looks like they just offer you less and try and get away with it.
No one there. We made an appointment but there was no one there when we turned up, there was a guy walking around the industrial estate on the phone having a casual conversation with someone which i assume was the guy working but he made no attempt to say anything to us. We waited 5 minutes and no one came to assist us. Awful customer service
