smooth process
Rude staff, not well presented and we were left waiting for 5 minutes while he was sat in his car 5 metres away. Even looked at us, saw us waiting. Date was 22nd March at around 9:30. Kept marking the price down MASSIVELY for a tiny scratch. Dust up on your presentation and customer service and maybe people will sell you their car 🤦♂️
Refused to value the car, rude staff. Wouldn’t even give an estimation to help us decide if we would be prepared to sell to them. Given the bitterness from this incident I will not be returning and will look to sell privately or to a different company.
Price promise is not reliable, price changed within 24 hours despite having been to the office for a vehicle inspection appointment due to a system ‘error’…..which cost me despite following process and providing all information at a face to face valuation! Ollie the manager was responsive to the initial phone call enquiry but went radio silent for over 45 minutes when his colleague was trying to get back in touch with him. Extremely disappointing. Unable to provide a written quote which was required for HMRC purposes. Verbal only. Terrible response to such a request. Will not consider using ever again.
