Visited today 5th January and two stone chips less than 5 mm in the bonnet that are basically not visible and the guy gave the exterior condition a grade three which is very low to knock the price down. The valuation was just under £12000 and he decided to offer just over £7000 as the engine check light appeared upon arrival ! Terrible and unprofessional experience at we buy any car bristol east. I had a low valuation online and decided to bite the bullet, while I appreciate the admin fee will come off this price and maybe £100, the "Gentleman" on duty took approx 45 seconds to look around the car and turn the engine over, not making any conversation or pointing out any issues, which is fair as the condition of the vehicle was very good, no major marks or dents, he then started tapping away on his computer then declared a nuisance offer which was ... read more
smooth process
Rude staff, not well presented and we were left waiting for 5 minutes while he was sat in his car 5 metres away. Even looked at us, saw us waiting. Date was 22nd March at around 9:30. Kept marking the price down MASSIVELY for a tiny scratch. Dust up on your presentation and customer service and maybe people will sell you their car 🤦♂️
